We use a waterproof non-formalin type of adhesive, while inspects Formaldehyde contamination on our products.
The permissible threshold of formaldehyde emission for furniture is less than 5mg per liter. All our products comply with the regulations.
As our products are made from natural wood materials, they are recommended for indoor use. They are not recommended for outdoor use due to to concern about their durability.
What is Formaldehyde or Formalin?
People may feel ill after purchasing a new home or renovating their home, because of the unknown presence of chemical substances in the building materials.
By polluting the air, chemical agents, including formaldehyde or formalin, can be harmful to health, causing irritation of the eyes and skin inflammation.
Chemical agents which can be in glue, furniture, doors, wallpaper, flooring materials and cloth, may even be cancer-causing.
Formaldehyde Testing Certification
Radiation is not found in our products made from cypress and cedar. The simple radiation inspection in the picture on the left is conducted first as a safety measure, before experienced examiners perform a more detailed examination.
