麻の葉
Concept
アップル本社のハワイの別荘（Apple Villa）に組子製品（麻の葉）8枚を納入させていただきました（高さは約3メートル、幅は2種類）。リビングに入るドア飾りとして使用されています。iMac、MacBook、iPod、iPhoneなどのデザイナーとして有名なジョナサン・アイヴ氏からのご要望で納入させていただきました。
（麻の葉文様がお好きで、ご自身のiPhoneの待ち受け画面にも使用されているそうです。）
世界を席巻するデザインメーカーに、日本の伝統を伝えることができたことは、職人冥利に尽きます。
At the request of Apple’s Chief Design Officer Mr. Jonathan Ive, we have manufactured three meters height Asanoha motif kumiko ramma for the vacation villa in Hawaii owned by Apple Inc.
It is a great honor to be able to introduce our craftsmanship to this world famous company.
