Concept
名古屋に5店舗を構える鰻 ひつまぶしの老舗「備長」が銀座三越にオープンしました。
「うなぎ」を大きくうねる「龍」のように見立ててデザインを施した「美術組子」をお店正面に設置しています。
また、いろいろな組子文様を店内に散らし、華やかな印象を空間に醸し出しています。
Bincho, the well known long-established Hitsumabushi* restaurant in Nagoya City, has opened a new branch in Mitsukoshi Ginza, Tokyo.
*Grilled eel bowl, one of the famous local dishes in Nagoya.
We designed the main Art Kumiko by imaging a winding dragon like eel. Several different design patterned kumiko ramma also give a luxurious impression to the space.
