Concept
「楠公レストハウス」様は、1967年(昭和42年)に全国から皇居の参観に来られる方々の休憩所として皇居外苑に建てられました。
後醍醐天皇に最後まで忠誠を尽くした武将・楠木正成の銅像の前にあるために「楠公レストハウス」という名前がついています。
施設では「伝統和食」をテーマに、厳選した食材を使用した「江戸の食」を楽しむことができます。
また総合案内では皇居を中心として、周辺の宮内庁庁舎、皇居東御苑を含む皇居外苑などの主要な名所がわかるパネルが設置されており、皇居の全体像を把握することができます。
併設された売店には、日本伝統工芸品、皇居にゆかりの深い日本酒や和菓子などの商品を取り扱いされています。このお店の中に富貴繁栄を願う文様「井筒割菱」組子を納入させていただきました。

The name “Kusunokou Rest House” comes from its location in front of the bronze statue of Masanari Kusunoki, a military commander who remained loyal to Emperor Godaigo until the end of his life.
At the facility, visitors can enjoy “Edo food” using carefully selected ingredients under the theme of “traditional Japanese cuisine.
The attached store sells products such as traditional Japanese crafts, Japanese sake and Japanese sweets that are closely associated with the Imperial Palace. We delivered “Izutsu Waribishi” kumiko, a design that wishes for wealth and prosperity, to this store.
