Concept
「鮨 心 by 宮川」様は、北海道でミシュラン3つ星を獲得した宮川政明氏を板長とする北海道の名店「すし宮川」が東京に初出店するレストランです。
手の込んだ組子文様、国産木材の最高級の部分を使い、グラスにシャンパンが満ちる様子をイメージして美術組子を製作させていただきました。
カウンター越しの壁には、土壁職人「挾土秀平」氏による作品も展示されています。
Sushi Shikon, located in the five-star The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, is the only Japanese restaurant in Hong Kong to have been awarded three Michelin stars.
We produced a modern and impressive art crafted with the image of “Japanese Clouds”.
