Concept
53階にある最高級スイート「ザ・リッツ・カールトン スイート」は、広さ300平米、一泊200万円を超える宿泊料となっており、六本木の街並みから関東平野、富士山までの眺望が開ける、日本でも最高級のお部屋となっています。
タニハタでは、そのスイートルームに美術組子を納入させていただきました。
コンセプト
六本木ミッドタウン最上階の53階から見える情景。東京の上空を流れる「雲」、そこに差し込む「光」をイメージしてデザインしました。従来の組子を「静」とするならば、この組子は「動」をイメージしています。
日本の「和」と、インターナショナルの「洋」がバランスよく共存する世界を、組子の幾何学模様を用いて表現しています。
この部屋で滞在されるお客様に少しでも良いことが起こるよう、日本では縁起が良いとされる吉祥文様「麻の葉柄」を中心に、計8種類の古典文様を用いて、タニハタの職人が製作いたしました。
また、材料には希少木材である「神代杉」を使用。数千年の時間をかけた木肌にて重厚感を加えています。
The Ritz-Carlton Suite, on the 53rd floor of the hotel, may be one of the most luxurious suites in Tokyo. Our kumiko ramma have installed in this suite room. The main Art Kumiko in the bed room is depicting the view from the room: clouds sailing across the sky and sunlight breaking through the clouds. When the conventional kumiko represents “stillness”, this Art Kumiko successfully gives a “dynamic” image.
Asanoha pattern, recognized as an auspicious motif in Japan, and seven other classical patterns are selected for hoping a good luck of the guests staying in the room.
